Black Ops 2 getting Hardened and Care Package Editions

Call of Duty Black Ops 2 Care Package Edition

Today Activision announced two separate collector’s editions for Black Ops 2 when the game launches this November 13, the Hardened Edition and Care Package Edition.

The Hardened Edition of Black Ops 2 retails for $79.99 and includes:

  • A two-sided Steelbook Case with zombie artwork on the back.
  • Nuketown 2025 and Nuketown maps.
  • Official Soundtrack featuring a theme by Trent Reznor and score by Jack Wall.
  • Limited Edition “Challenge Coins” good for upcoming DLC.

The veteran Call of Duty fan can pick up the Care Package Edition, which of course is shaped like a GIANT care package. This includes everything you get in the Hardened Edition, in addition to a remote controlled MC-27 Dragonfire Drone. This edition goes for $179, but really no price is to high for a drone to terrorize your neighbors with. You can watch the official video detailing both editions below.
